Research the internment camps in California during World War II. Based on your findings, was it ethical for the U.S. to take such actions against Asians and Asian-Americans? How do these actions compare with those taken against Muslim-Americans after September 11th? How do they compare with Germany’s actions during WWII?
I dont believe that it was ethical to put the Japenese in the camps. When they were living in the camps the conditions were really bad. They had cook their own food that their bodies weren't use to. The clothes that were given were tworn and ripped. Their buildings weren't well constructed with holes in the walls and floors. Eventhough we were in war with Japan I don't believe that we needed to put them in camps. I think we should of just risen the security and awareness of the Japenese. They compared to Muslims because in our fight with Iraq we were suspicious of them too. Checking them constantly in airports. It compares alot to Germany because we both put a culture of people in camps. In Germany they were worse because that was out of hate. They treated them worse than animals and insects.
