Why is Wright really hungry?
I think that Wright is really hungry because he has no food to eat. Since his dad had left his family they don't have any food to eat. His mom tells him that it was his dad was the income in this family. His dad had left his family to be with another women. I think if I was in Wright's position I would be angry too. His dad left and he has no food to eat. His mother has to provide for him and his brother.

i agree with ur statement Jamar but i think u should add more about what do u think about his father leaving... like i think its a horrible thing to leave ur wife and kids out to dry and to starve to death because they count on you for food...if you do leave at least leave ur family so money to live. I agree with u about if i was wright i would be angry to because is my father left me and my sister and my with out any money or anything i would of not accepted the nickel Richards dad try to give him either because i would try to prove to him that my mom and sister and i could do this and don't every need his help or ever see him again because that basically means he has NO LOVE for my family by leaving us out to dry!!!
